About Me

These are always the worst written parts of any Blog. Updating this on the iPhone during the interval of a cabaret probably is’t going to greatly help matters, but I’m afraid it’s the best you’re going to get (until I bother to update this again)

I’m Peter Brohan (as can be guessed by the title written in massive letters at the top of all of the pages), a final year maths student in Liverpool. This takes up much less of my time than it really should. I fill the rest of it with musical theatre, reading any book I can get my hands on and complaining about the state of education in the UK.
I originally started this blog as a way to avoid getting phone calls from home asking what I was doing at university by just posting whatever I’d been up to on here and then pointing anyone who asked in this direction. The lack of posts after this point gives a good indication of the success of this plan, due to the twin problems of very little happening and being extremely lazy. (The phone calls still failed to materialise, I think my family might have a good idea of what my life consists of).
Thus followed a sporadic set of posts about whatever I happened to be feeling at the time. This, it turns out, is not the best way to write blog posts.
So, the current plan is that I shall read a book every week and blog about that, this providing a reasonably varied if book focused core, and then blog about whatever I feel like in between (this seems slightly less likely). We’ll see how that pans out.
